- Length — measure from the base of the neck (where collar sits) to the base of the tail.
- Shoulder height — measure from the floor to the highest point of the shoulder (with the dog standing).
- Chest girth — measure around the widest part of the ribcage if you want extra certainty about width.
- If your dog is near or above these limits, consider a larger tub or a walk-in solution; if your dog is smaller, this basin will give extra room for movement and cooling.
