How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from warehouses in the United States. We process orders in 1 to 2 business days, and they arrive 3 to 8 business days after they ship. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.99.
What size bed should I buy?
Measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail while they are lying down, then add 6 to 10 inches. If your pet sprawls, size up. Our size guide has a quick chart by weight.
Can I wash the beds?
Many of our beds have removable, machine-washable covers. Each product page tells you how to care for it. When in doubt, wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email us first and we will send you instructions. See the full return policy.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that. Email support@petmarlow.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
