Where we ship

Petmarlow ships to all 50 US states. Larger items such as cat trees, pet houses and furniture are delivered by ground carriers and cannot be sent to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more.
$5.99 flat rate on orders under $49.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order arrives

Your order ships from warehouses in the United States.

Processing: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
Transit: 3 to 8 business days after your order ships.

Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days of being placed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather and carrier delays.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement. If you order several items, they may ship in separate packages from different warehouses at no extra cost to you.

Late, lost or damaged orders

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before your order ships.
