1. About these terms

This website, petmarlow.com, is operated by Economy Logistics LLC, doing business as Petmarlow ("Petmarlow", "we", "us"), 1134 Stuyvesant Ave, Irvington, NJ 07111, United States. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them, including our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information at checkout and to use this site only for lawful purposes. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we suspect fraud or misuse.

3. Products, prices and availability

We work hard to describe products, sizes and colors accurately, but screens vary and small differences in color or finish can occur. Please check the size guide and product measurements before ordering. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price or becomes unavailable, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store full card details. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Pet safety

Choose the right size for your pet and supervise your pet when introducing any new bed, toy, house or furniture. Remove any item that becomes damaged. Products are not designed to be chewed or swallowed, and are not a substitute for veterinary care.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they are your own and honest, and you allow us to display them on our site and social channels. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we do not publish reviews we cannot verify.

8. Intellectual property

The Petmarlow name, logo, site design, text and original photography belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
