- Length: Measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail (in inches). This tells you if your pet will fit when lying stretched.
- Chest: Measure the widest part of the ribcage (in inches). If your pet is wide-chested, choose the larger size.
- Weight: Compare your pet's weight (in lbs) to the recommended ranges above — if your pet falls between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
Quick pick rule: if your pet usually curls up and is under ~15 lbs choose L; if they stretch out or are up to ~35 lbs choose XL. If in doubt, pick the next size up for extra comfort.
