- Measure chest girth at the widest point — compare to the nest width (W) to ensure comfortable turning space.
- Measure shoulder height (floor to highest point of shoulder) — compare to the nest height (H) if your dog likes to sit upright inside.
If your dog is between sizes, choose the next size up for extra room. Colors and special-features (Brown = larger/thicker style; Gray = windproof; Khaki/Gray extended nests include a small quilt) do not change the internal sleeping dimensions above.
