How to measure your dog (for a quick sanity check)
- Weigh your pet on a household scale — pounds (lbs) are the primary decision factor for this sling.
- Measure body length: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail (in inches) to confirm your pet will sit comfortably in a sling style carrier.
- Measure chest girth: wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the ribcage (behind the front legs). If your pet is near the upper end of a size range, prefer the larger size for comfort.
Notes: This is a sling-style, hands-free carrier — pets sit upright against your body. The carrier includes an internal safety hook to attach to a collar or harness. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger size for a roomier, more comfortable fit.
