How to measure your dog for this pet house
- Measure your pet's length: nose to base of tail (straight, not stretched) — this ensures the pet can lie comfortably inside.
- Measure shoulder width or chest width across the widest point — this ensures the entry and interior are wide enough.
- Measure shoulder height (floor to top of shoulders) if your pet often sits upright — to check head clearance at the entrance.
- If your pet curls up, allow 2–4 inches of extra space beyond their length. If they stretch out, choose the next larger size.
Recommendation: pick the size that accommodates your pet's length plus a small allowance for turning/curled sleeping. If your pet's measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
