2) Waist circumference: measure the widest part of your pet's body (behind the front legs) with a soft tape measure; compare to the "Waist" value.
3) Width check: measure your pet's widest shoulder/chest width and height and make sure it will comfortably fit through the inner flap opening (Inner flap W × H listed for each size). If your pet is close to the listed maximums, choose the next size up for easier passage.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will take it from there.
