- Measure your pet’s length from the base of the neck (where collar sits) to the base of the tail. This is the primary dimension to compare with the mat length.
- If your pet sleeps curled, measure the body width across the widest part (usually chest/shoulder area) to compare with the mat width.
- Choose a mat size that is at least 4–6 in longer than your pet’s body length for comfortable lounging and turning.
