- Measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail to get the length you’ll use against the bed’s length.
- Measure shoulder width (widest point) to check against the bed’s width.
- If your dog sleeps stretched out, pick a bed at least 4 in longer than your dog’s length; if they curl up, matching length plus 2–4 in is fine.
- If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for extra comfort and room to move.
