- Measure waist circumference around the widest part of the belly to compare with the recommended waist values.
- We recommend about 0.5 in of extra clearance beyond your pet's widest measurement for comfortable passage.
- Also check your pet's weight against the "Best for" guidance as a secondary check.
If you're choosing between sizes, pick the size where the inner opening (W × H) is at least 0.5 in wider than your pet's widest body measurement to ensure comfortable entry and exit.
