How to check the fit for your pet
- Measure your pet from the floor to the tip of the nose while standing. Typical comfortable feeding height is when your pet can eat with a slight downward tilt of the head.
- Compare that snout height to the feeder height (feeder top measures 12.7 in tall). If your pet’s snout height is lower than the feeder height by more than a few inches, consider placing the feeder on a low platform so the pet eats comfortably.
- For the fountain, ensure your pet can reach the water surface easily — the fountain top is about 5 in high.
- Capacity guidance: a 3L feeder (approx. 118 fl oz) is suitable for repeated daily portions for small-to-medium pets; a 2L fountain (approx. 68 fl oz) supplies water for 1–2 pets between refills.
