- Length — measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail (in inches).
- Chest (girth) — measure the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs (in inches).
- Weight — weigh your pet on a scale (in lbs).
- Quick fit rule: If your pet’s length is about 14 in or less, chest under about 18 in, and weight under ~20 lbs, this backpack should fit comfortably. The foldable design and dual straps make it comfortable to carry and store.
