How to choose and measure
- Measure your dog’s length: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Choose a size where the carrier’s interior length is at least 1–2 in longer than this measurement.
- Measure chest girth: wrap a tape measure around the widest part of the ribcage. Make sure your dog can comfortably fit through the carrier opening — allow about 1–2 in of extra room.
- Also check shoulder height vs. the interior height listed above so your dog can sit comfortably. If your dog is between sizes, pick the larger size for comfort and air flow.
