How to confirm this fits your dog
- Put your dog in their regular driving harness (the tether must attach to the harness D-ring).
- Have your dog sit or lie where they will be in the car. Measure from the harness D-ring to the point on the seat/headrest where the clip will attach (top of seat or headrest post).
- If that measurement is less than or equal to 46 in, this seat belt will reach and attach. For comfortable movement we recommend allowing about 4–8 in of slack from the harness to the clip so your dog can sit or lie down naturally.
Quick fit guidance: Suitable for most small, medium, and many large dogs (for example, Chihuahuas up through Labradors) as long as the D-ring-to-headrest measurement is ≤46 in. For very large, strong, or heavy-pulling dogs, consider a heavy-duty tether designed for high-strength restraint.
